​Problem

​Our client, in the logistics department that delivers products to its customers, lacked an effective communication system to communicate key details of each shipment. There was no way to notify recipients of the products they were carrying, which truck their order was on, the associated cost, or the exact delivery date. This lack of information led to dissatisfaction, repeated follow-up calls, and a perception of low transparency, impacting the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Solution

​​​​We implemented an automated SMS messaging platform that allows us to send personalized communications to each customer. When scheduling a delivery, the system generates and sends a message with detailed order information: products included, estimated delivery date, assigned vehicle (truck type or license plate number, as required), and the order cost. Messages are sent automatically and in a timely manner, improving transparency and keeping the customer informed every step of the way.
