Problem
Our medical client faced significant difficulties effectively tracking their medical service orders, which required a detailed process: authorization, management with the provider, confirmation of completion, and recording of reasons for non-use. This process was managed manually in Excel spreadsheets, which proved insufficient given the high volume of requests. Many orders were lost along the way, statuses were not updated, and when generating reports or balance sheets, the data was frequently incorrect or incomplete, impacting decision-making and contract management.
