Problem

​Our medical client faced significant difficulties effectively tracking their medical service orders, which required a detailed process: authorization, management with the provider, confirmation of completion, and recording of reasons for non-use. This process was managed manually in Excel spreadsheets, which proved insufficient given the high volume of requests. Many orders were lost along the way, statuses were not updated, and when generating reports or balance sheets, the data was frequently incorrect or incomplete, impacting decision-making and contract management.

Solution​​

​​​​We developed a comprehensive web-based contract and service order management platform, designed specifically for the clinic's needs. The system allows each service order to be clearly recorded, classified, and tracked in real time, easily identifying which are pending, authorized, managed, or canceled. It also keeps detailed records of reasons for non-use and automates notifications to the provider and the clinic when an order is ready. The platform also generates accurate and up-to-date reports on the status of each order, facilitating operational and financial analysis.
